Congratulations on being inducted into the 2025 Bellarmine Athletic Hall of Fame!

You are eligible for up to four complimentary tickets. Please fill out this form for yourself, and then again for each of your guests (up to three.) Additional tickets may be purchased under the "Purchase Tickets" tab.

Each ticket includes a buffet dinner, and complimentary beer and wine will be available. This event is for ages 21+.

Please list anyone you'd like to be seated with when you register under Special Accommodations. We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, we cannot guarantee any specific seating assignments.
