Grand Prize:
Four First Class round-trip airfare tickets anywhere on Alaska Airlines - $6,000 Value

The "Fly Away Raffle” is Bellarmine's school-wide student fundraiser, taking place April 13th - May 22nd. The raffle is an opportunity for the entire Bellarmine community to come together to help ensure that tuition assistance for the more than 41% of students currently attending Bellarmine will be available. Raffle tickets are available in the Development office, in Orton Hall, Rm# 133 - Raffle Headquarters.


Tickets are on sale for $50.00 each.

All proceeds from the raffle will be directed to the Tuition Assistance fund for the current school year. The drawing will be held on Saturday, May 22nd at the Bellarmine Gala.

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and are subject to all the rules and regulations regarding the raffle.

“Fly Away Raffle” Prize Package

Grand Prize details: Four First Class round-trip tickets on Alaska Airlines. Value $6,000.
First Prize details: Southwest Airlines gift cards totaling $1,000. Value $1,000.
Second Prize details: Scenic flight over Seattle from Gig Harbor Airport for up to four people and $125 Hub Restaurant gift certificate. Value $750.
Third Prize details: San Juan Island Tour Flight from Seattle for 2 including 90-minute layover in Friday Harbor. Value $500.

When:

  • April 13, 2021 - Fly Away Raffle Kick-off! (Tickets available upon request - contact Paige Banks, 253-761-3522 or banksp@bellarmineprep.org
  • May 21, 2021 - Last day to turn in tickets and money to be included in drawing.
  • May 22, 2021 - Drawing and announcement of winners live at the Bellarmine Gala at 7:00pm.


* Multiple prizes may be awarded to winners and they do not need to be present to win. All prizes are courtesy of generous donations from parents, alums, and friends of Bellarmine.

Ticket distribution and sales:

  • Students will be issued two tickets each.
  • Students will be able to sell raffle ticket(s) and return funds to the Development Office to receive a "Together we are Bellarmine," T-shirt when they sell 2 tickets.
  • Students may pick up additional tickets to sell.
  • Parents, Faculty, Staff and Bellarmine Community may also sell or purchase raffle tickets. (Tickets available upon request to Paige Banks in the Development Office).
  • All unsold tickets must be returned to the Development office. Orton Hall, Rm #133


Raffle Rules (required by the State of Washington)

  • Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age, and are subject to all rules and regulations regarding the raffle (Students/minors cannot purchase raffle tickets).
  • Tickets are individually numbered and assigned to a student for selling.
  • Raffle ticket stubs must be filled out with buyer name, address, and phone number.
  • Smaller portion of each ticket need to be returned with cash or check made payable to: Bellarmine Preparatory School. The buyer keeps the larger part of the ticket.
  • Both ticket stub and funds need to be returned in person to the Development Office, Orton Hall Rm #133 - Raffle headquarters.
  • Per state law, raffle tickets and money CANNOT be mailed.
  • All unsold tickets must be returned to the Development Office, Orton Hall, Rm #133 - Raffle headquarters.
